Sani
Sani, whom Bitcoin Obama calls “the midget” or “my midget”, is a man with dwarfism who appears in many of his promo videos from 2024 on. He has no known X account. The name Sani comes from episode 6 of The Crypto Craic Podcast, “Interviewing Bitcoin Obama's Midget”, whose notes say he “can only speak his local Hausa language”. In episode 1 Obama says the midget “was born in my state” and is “almost 43 years”. Obama often raises money on his behalf (“feed the midget”). It is not known whether or how Sani is paid.

Midget content
Obama first promised “midget content” in April 2024. Since then the midget has prayed for pumps, worn coin T-shirts, danced, ridden a goat and ridden the $pig.

The midget persona account
The account @obama__nastty began in late October 2025 as a separate “magical midget” persona shilling $MYSTIC, with @funkybunky69 as its “father”. It talked about Obama in the third person and even attacked him, before Obama took it over as his main account in April 2026.
