它是由持有者Sprotel建立的，他也將其運作為他所謂的“the first $BITCOIN treasury company on Ethereum” ^[10] 。該網站自己的標語是“The world's most famous backpack now has a bar” ，其頁腳指出它“Not affiliated with Harry Potter, Obama, or Sonic” 。

該俱樂部的網站稱其為“retro-inspired restaurant and bar” ， “an internet inside joke became a real Nassau hangout” 。

當地的一個瑣事帳戶指出，該建築“used to be Hammerheads” ^[12] ，持有者發布了關於現在站在外面的舊 747 的尾翼的資訊^[13] 。 Sprotel 表示，該俱樂部擁有自己的銷售點系統和大約 60 名會員，樓上有一個“members dungeon”裡面存放著他的Sproto系列。他說，主房間向“pretty much everyone”開放。 ^{[14] [15] [16]}

$BITCOIN金庫

Sprotel 於 2026 年中期開始宣布這一消息（ “#HarryPotterObamaSonic10inu is more than a memecoin. It's also a bar and grill” ） ^[17] ，持有者很快就傳播了“the ticker bitcoin bar in Bahamas”的消息。 他稱之為“largest… treasury of any business in the casual dining category” 。 ^[28]

Bitcoin Obama

他與它的聯繫貫穿 Sprotel，這是他自 2024 年以來的回复夥伴，奧巴馬稱其為“good man and best fans of BITCOIN OBAMA” ^[29] ，並在 2026 年不斷要求“Give me job” ^[30] 。 2025 年 12 月， @solumsursum提出“Fish waste dunk tank for Bitcoin Obama, coming soon to clubhpos10i, I hope.” @SprotelBitcoin” ^[32]
