Sproto Gremlins is the NFT collection of the HarryPotterObamaSonic10Inu ($BITCOIN) community: in the words of its X bio, “3,333 unique manifestations of @hpos10ireturns 's egregore. Imbued with high speed presidential wizardry & lifelong loyalty”. The artists are @juicyunlimited and @iamnick44. Morelight, the self-styled leader of $BITCOIN, lists @sprotogremlins in his bio. The pieces were a free mint to $BITCOIN holders.

Bitcoin Obama and the Sproto Gremlins

Wanting a Sproto Gremlin is one of Bitcoin Obama's longest-running bits. The collection's floor is the second figure in this site's header ticker.[1]

“Free my sproto”

He has spent years asking the community for one. In early October 2026 his @obama__nastty profile picture was a Sproto Gremlin NFT: a blue Sproto in a Nazi uniform with a swastika helmet. Around Oct 23, 2026, during his Hebrew Obama arc, he replaced it with a “Hebrew Obama” Sproto: the blue Sproto with a kippah, tefillin and side curls.

The campaign has a villain. In November 2024 he accused Morelight of stealing his Sproto and promised to “host space everyday and tell the people what he did for me”[2]; at Christmas he complained that someone had “promised to send me my sproto at Xmas but didn't”.[3] In January 2025 he claimed that “Only white peoples can vote for me” in a post about getting his Sproto back.[4] The asks continued into November 2025, when he told Yoyo “I have been loving you day and high pls give me sproto to change my pfp”.[5] Dumpstar says he already gave him four.

The scorpion and the Sproto

A copypasta first posted on Oct 31, 2023, retelling the fable of the scorpion and the frog: “Bitcoin Obama wants to cross a river but cannot swim, so he asks a Sproto to carry him across. The Sproto hesitates, afraid that Bitcoin Obama might jeet…”[6] Yoyo shared it again in 2025.

Sold Sprotos

He has also parted with some. In a February 2025 interview on Mikawa's Medium blog The Mikawa Mix, the community member Rumble Pak (a “Sproto” from the HPOS10I Telegram) said that some Sprotos have “accumulated real independent lore over the course of the project”, giving as his example “Bitcoin Obama selling 3 of them they are now all rares”.[7]
